SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and products in your Shopping Cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
You must first select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your Shopping Cart.
Once your product/s selection is complete, you will be instantly transferred to the “Checkout” page, where the total purchase price of your order will be calculated.
The shipment of products is made by a courier service Mythviel has chosen (DHL/FedEX/DHL/EMS), ensuring advantageous rates and safe transportation of all goods.
Deliveries are made within hours 9:00 to 17:00 by the respective courier company to the address referred to on the order form, with chances of prolongation depending on the customs formalities of each country.

NOTES
Mythviel is not liable for delays and/or failures to deliver caused by third parties, force majeure, or unforeseeable events.
However, in case of force majeure or an impediment that cannot be overcome and prevents the timely delivery of items, we will notify you through e-mail so that you may indicate whether you still want us to complete your purchase under the current circumstances.
We strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days (M-F) of receiving your order and are 100% committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order experience! Holiday and sale events may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill higher order volumes.
Mythviel is not responsible for incorrect addresses given at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order. We will do our best to change it before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes.
Mythviel reserves the right to refund any items that end up being Sold out / out of stock and ship the remaining part of the order.
Express Orders:
Because courier delays are beyond our control, express deliveries cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We will ship as quickly as possible, and the courier will decide after that! If an order is placed by courier during a holiday when we are closed, the order will be shipped on the first day we reopen. If an order is placed by courier after 9:00 AM on a Friday, the order will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that due to a significant backlog of orders, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.
International Orders:
International delivery times vary! After we ship, your order will be received by customs. Please allow for time for customs clearance. Mythviel does not collect customs duties at the time of purchase. Therefore, international orders are shipped without these potential charges. Customers are responsible for all customs duties. You can contact your local customs office for more information about customs duties in your country. Mythviel is no longer responsible for lost packages once they reach an international border. Please contact your local customs office to locate and deliver your package. We ship promptly, but international customs may take longer to approve your shipment, which is beyond our control.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address, and other external factors beyond our control.
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, we do not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timelines may possibly be delayed during festive period and shopping festivals.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions for tracking your order online.
You can also track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website or visiting the order tracking page.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We shall not be liable for any delays, mis deliveries, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
