Returns
Our refund policy lasts 30 days and is effective from the moment you receive your goods. Should you wish to return your order, please notify our customer service team in advance.
To be eligible for consideration of a refund or exchange, the following conditions are required:
Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including original packaging and any accompanying materials (such as tags, dust bags, or boxes). Proof of purchase must be provided for the return to be processed.
Items sent back without prior communication with customer service or returned beyond the specified timeframe may not be processed for a refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team first (via [email protected]) to confirm return details, which must be referenced when sending back goods. If applicable, please be prepared to provide supporting images to explain the reason for return when contacting us.
The original shipping cost charged on your order is non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned goods and must ensure proper packaging and, if needed, insurance coverage. Returns damaged due to improper packaging or carrier mishandling will not qualify for a refund, and the buyer will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (subject to approval):
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error).
– Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Defects / Nonconforming Delivery
Please inspect all items promptly upon receipt. Customers must notify Mythviel at [email protected] of any defects or issues with delivered products within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to notify us within this timeframe means Mythviel will no longer be responsible for the reported issues.
For items damaged during transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier upon notification. As part of the claim process, the carrier may require an inspection of the damaged packaging and items. You may need to retain the original shipping packaging and all contents (including damaged items) until instructed by our team that they can be discarded. Failure to do so may result in claim denial and invalidate the possibility of a return or exchange. In some cases, we may request the damaged items be returned to us for inspection.
Variations
Due to the nature of apparel production (e.g., fabric dyeing, hand-finishing), slight variations in size, color, or texture may occur. These are considered normal and do not affect the functionality or wear of the garments. Mythviel strives to minimize such variations, but they are not valid reasons for return or exchange without prior approval from our team.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to confirm receipt and notify you of whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Refunds are scheduled to be issued within 10 business days of approval.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account or credit card statement—processing times may vary. If the refund still hasn’t posted, contact your bank or credit card provider for further details. If issues persist, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [email protected] for the return address and instructions.
Shipping
To return your product, contact our customer service team for the return shipping address. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective (as confirmed by our team). Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
