Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing innovative clothing collections, ensuring each piece aligns with the brand’s positioning and meets market demand; selecting appropriate fabrics and colors, and working closely with the product development team to ensure design feasibility and high quality; tracking and analyzing fashion trends to ensure forward-thinking designs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in fashion design or a related field; at least three years of fashion design experience, proficient in design software; excellent teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share; plan and execute brand promotional campaigns to ensure consistent brand image; analyze market trends and consumer needs, and adjust brand strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, or a related field; at least five years of brand management experience, with a fashion industry background preferred; and strong leadership, project management, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for new product development and market analysis to ensure products align with brand positioning; monitor the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch; gather market feedback, optimize product strategies, and enhance product competitiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in product management or a related field; at least three years of product management experience, with fashion industry experience preferred; strong data analysis skills and teamwork, able to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Execute the company’s marketing plan to increase brand exposure; oversee the implementation of social media, advertising, and public relations activities; monitor marketing campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations to ensure continued brand growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, or a related field; 1-3 years of marketing experience, familiarity with digital marketing and social media; creative thinking and independent planning skills, capable of efficiently executing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
